How to Report Inappropriate Behavior/Bullying
Lake City Public Schools is committed to keeping bullying and inappropriate behavior from our schools. Any student who believes he or she has been the victim of bullying or inappropriate behavior or any person with knowledge or belief of conduct that may constitute bullying or inappropriate behavior should report alleged acts immediately to an appropriate school official, such as a teacher or administrator.
The District has also created a method to contact school authorities about alleged misconduct at any time. Students (and parents/guardians) may complete the Inappropriate Behavior Report Form below or they may request a form in the Bluff View and Lincoln Principal’s Office or Superintendent’s Office. Once completed, the report should be submitted to the appropriate Principal’s Office immediately.
While reports can be anonymous, please understand that Lake City administrators may be unable to take action against an alleged perpetrator without specific information. Therefore, students and parents are encourged to include the following information: their name, involved students’ names, and specific information about the concern/incident. Lake City administration will follow up on any specific concern and may ask to speak with the reporting student or parent/guardian about the concern.
